\nWe prioritize your satisfaction and product quality, so we offer a clear and fair replacement and compensation policy for protection films and heat insulation.
\nFirst: Replacement and Compensation Policy for Protection Films
\nIf you face any issues during the warranty period, such as discoloration or film peeling, we will replace with one new wrap per vehicle.
\nIf the defect causes damage to the vehicle body, compensation will be based on cost estimates within Saudi Arabia.
\nThe warranty also covers:
\n\u2022 Color fading or change.
\n\u2022 Weak adhesive quality.
\n\u2022 No damage to the paint or headlights caused by the film.
\nWarranty period:
\n\u2022 Contracts between July 15, 2024 and end of November 2024 have 7 years warranty.

\nWarranty includes:

\nChanges in film clarity or visibility.

\nWarranty period: 10 years from contract date.
\nConditions for Replacement and Compensation
\nReplacement or compensation will be processed after inspecting the issue and confirming it is covered by the warranty.
\nWarranty does not cover damages from misuse or unauthorized installation.
\nOriginal invoice must be presented when requesting replacement or compensation.
\nIf the same product is unavailable, a substitute of equivalent quality will be provided.
