Return Policy
At UXP, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest quality standards, all sales are final and returns are not accepted after purchase.

Return and Replacement Policy for Protection Films and Heat Insulation
We prioritize your satisfaction and product quality, so we offer a clear and fair replacement and compensation policy for protection films and heat insulation.
First: Replacement and Compensation Policy for Protection Films
If you face any issues during the warranty period, such as discoloration or film peeling, we will replace with one new wrap per vehicle.
If the defect causes damage to the vehicle body, compensation will be based on cost estimates within Saudi Arabia.
The warranty also covers:
• Color fading or change.
• Weak adhesive quality.
• No damage to the paint or headlights caused by the film.
Warranty period:
• Contracts between July 15, 2024 and end of November 2024 have 7 years warranty.
• Product warranty starts at 5 years only.
Second: Replacement and Compensation Policy for Heat Insulation Films
Warranty includes:
• Changes in heat insulation percentage.
Changes in film clarity or visibility.
• Changes in color.
Warranty period: 10 years from contract date.
Conditions for Replacement and Compensation
Replacement or compensation will be processed after inspecting the issue and confirming it is covered by the warranty.
Warranty does not cover damages from misuse or unauthorized installation.
Original invoice must be presented when requesting replacement or compensation.
If the same product is unavailable, a substitute of equivalent quality will be provided.
